I do not have the service but know some that do and they are not happy at all. So in fairness I will remove my post I made earlier. If and when I get the service I will post "MY" review.after the upgrades. Would you have made the comment if I left 5 stars?

Had some issues when I first started and upgraded to the $100 package. Service was dropping but I had to call to figure out they were working on some upgrades for a tower. Argued a bit with a customer service rep and talked a bit with another guy through email. Wish 360 would communicate to their customers better. Other than that service had been good.

Also you will not get the Mbps as advertised the packages should say up to 50mbps for example. Talked with a rep about any changes I could make to get it but best I could get was 30-35 avg

I've had this service for close to a year now, maybe just a little bit more and I guess for what it is it's not terrible. It has lots of outages and the streaming speed is not very fast It buffers a lot. I have done upgrades on the towers and it has gotten better as far as out it just go, so hopefully it's going to be better. I had previously give it 5 stars but being new to anything other than just phone internet and only having it a month it was good. I have downgraded to 3 stars after having it a year or more.

I have had this service for 4 years. At first just getting internet service of any kind was a plus. I decided to upgrade to the 50 MPs plan. I was told I was the first on the service in my area. All was good for about two months then lost the speed I called them and was told they need to up grade the tower in Liberty. I down grade to 20mps and only get that at noon.

In the evening it goes down to 1.25 to 4.5 MPs my plan again is for 20. I called them went all the way to 3rd level only to find out the tower needs to be upgraded and sectioned (still). Not good. Why pay for 20 and barely get 5. I am about done with this company.

360 communications has no respect for new customers. This wisp is terrible and not looking for expanding there coverage. I had offered them 70 dollars to come survey several times and offered them more. I am in clear line of site of the tower and had went into the office and the staffing was outrageous unprofessional and denied me service unprofessionally. I will start my own wisp and give my customers the respect that they deserve.

I have been having issues with my internet for over a week and a half. During this time I have been told it was my reciever. Then told it was an alignment issue with reciever. Then told it was a tower issue. Now am being told it is a reciever issue. I have had 1 tech show up to repeak the reciever. Then had another tech scheduled to look at it when that didn't work.

The second tech canceled the appointment and never called to tell us. Now that they have fixed the tower issue my reciever is still having issues. Update to this post. 360 communications finally sent a Technician out to look at my internet issue. The technician that came out trouble shot the issue and found the fix for it. It will take time to change my mind at this time but this was a good start. Thank you to the Technician that came out today

Just got a call from Chris or whoever this liar says he is, from 360 Communications. I had cancelled my services with them and he had some choice condescending and insulting words for me. He was very unprofessional and threatening. This company is nice to you up front but beware they are not what they seem. I have had issues ever since I had signed up with them.

I strongly do not recommend them. A 1 star is not low enough. In response, Just to clear this up. Kristopher Max Mcelroy, I resolved this issue by moving to another provider due to this company's existing subpar service and support.

Suppose to be/ paying for 40 mbps. I'm lucky to see 15 and averages below 10. They took over from Dobson, who also was bad, but things have only gotten worse. Almost $100 / month because they no there is no other options here in Poteau that I'm aware of.

Customer experience is no where it needs to be. Called yesterday 5pm about no internet and they escalated it up saying it would be 1 to 6 hours for someone to get a hold of me and it is 2 pm the next day and still no call, and last time it got escalated up no one returned the call I had to hire and out side source to help me figure out what was wrong. This company has went down every since bluebird let 360 communications join.
