Services
South Coast Copy System's service department features state-of-the-art automation. Our equipment will tell us when service and/or supplies are needed. This allows us to proactively take care of your needs. We then compile a complete history of statistics on every customer's machine including tracking service call response times, parts used and labor costs.
They may not be new, but that doesn't mean they won't perform to your expectations. All of our used machines are reconditioned to factory specs to provide you a like-new experience. Based on open industry standards and interfaces with a wide range of configuration and expansion options, our digital black-and-white product offerings provide an integrated multifunction solution through the utilization of one product. For Graphics, Production or Corporate environments, our Color Copiers provide quality and speed that's right for you.
All orders submitted before 2:00pm Pacific Time will be shipped that day. We ship UPS Ground, which means you'll receive your order anywhere in San Diego (and Southern California) usually by 10:00am the next day! When placing a supply order, all you need to give us is the number on the SCCS sticker on the front of your equipment, and how many items you'd like.

South Coast Copy Systems saved my sanity! I had so many issues with my last copier company and I was just at my wits end until SCCS entered my life! Now I'm working smoothly and efficiently like I never knew possible. They are being very cautious with how their technicians handle service calls right now, wearing masks, gloves and sanitizing the copier before and after working on it. Way To Go!

South Coast Copy Systems made the buying process very easy and fun. We really enjoyed getting to know our sales rep, Mat, and were very impressed with our visit to their show room. We were surprised when Dave and Kecia, the owners, come out to meet us personally when we met with Mat in their office to see the show room, and we would recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a new copier/printer. We recently purchased our new office equipment from South Coast Copy Systems. There was very little down time upon installation, which was huge for us. Darin worked with our IT department getting us scanning and printing quickly. Our new Canon copier and HP printers have been awesome. If your on the fence about who to choose for your next equipment provider, I would definitely recommend them. Thanks again SCCS!

The company I work for uses South Coast Copy Systems to service our HP printers and we also purchase our ink from them as well! The service techs are friendly and efficient! When we order ink, it usually comes the next day - which is super helpful when we forget to order and are in a tough spot! Their pricing is often times cheaper than Staples and you get more personal service! I highly recommend this company for service and ink!
