Very unprofessional, unorganized, and confused. It started fine with good presentation but a lot of hassle once they got the money to install the telephone system for our business. The technician was very rude and unhelpful as if he hated his life for doing his job. After a nerve wrecking set up due to poor organization the system worked well however. If you need any tech support there after be prepare to pay an arms and legs even if you are lucky to get them on the phone. A simple job would take for ever.

These folks know their business and offer knowledgeable (and affordable) support before, during, and after the sale. One of my colleagues had recommended that I consider Cisco's Telepresence for our SmartPhone Training tutorials. I contacted Cisco and asked them if they had a reputable dealer in my area.
