I work from home and when I can't connect to the internet it's not just frustrating but it's costing me money. My office is on the opposite side of our house from the modem. My wife, who also works from home, has her office right next to the modem. Since she refused to give up her space to me (I tried eminent domain but that didn't work) I was stuck with an intermittent connection to the internet that was costing me time and money.
I tried working with a large "not to be named" internet service provider here in Orlando who sent over numerous technicians with their routers and clipboards, each one, worst than the next. It wasn't until my wife, out of the kindness of her heart, contacted Firewall Computer Service in Winter Park. How is it that a multi-million dollar internet service provider over a 6 month period with unlimited resources could not solve this problem yet Firewall Computer Services in less than an hour could? After one phone call, James showed up at my office within minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable a personable. He took the time to look at my entire set-up of computers and phones and was able to tell me why I was experiencing the issues I have been having. James was able to give me tips and answers to all of my problems, and the best case scenario for the time being didn't cost me one cent.
