Switching overt to a new IT company was the best decision i have made. The support staff responds very quickly and all the information is at hand. It makes the process very easy. My experience with Matt and his team's expertise can be exemplified by the complex Wi-Fi network Zac (one CSG's engineers) helped me develop and install. Our organization has multiple sites that are more than 60 miles apart. Additionally, there are multiple buildings on each property, and I wanted to improve end user Wi-Fi experiences. Previously, employees moving from building to building, or from location to location would have a hard time connecting to the network.

Often their devices would fail to connect automatically, or they would not be able to get them connected at all. After Zac developed the project plan, CSG Technologies went to work! Today, end users experience a seamless Wi-Fi transition between buildings and locations! Additionally, I can monitor and manage all company networks from my workstation. Our security is improved, the network has zero 'dead spots', and user satisfaction is better than ever before!

The CSG team does an excellent all around job on the wireless network install for our warehouse customers. Their expertise and "customer first" attitude keeps us coming back for more.
