Awesome experience! I just knew my phone was a goner but thanks to Vivian she found the problem and got me going again!

Brought my computer in for failures, they said they would do a diagnostic test. Was told they turned it on and it worked fine and sent me home with it. The issue was not fixed and I called to say they didnt identify/fix the issue and they said i could come and pay them again for a diagnostic test (which seemed to be "plugging it in and turning it on", per my conversation with them), I said that I shouldnt have to pay twice because they neither identified or fixed the issue. Bad customer service and wanted to double dip into my wallet for the same issue that they missed last time.

I went to Kingwood IT yesterday. I had a problem using my new computer. Chase fixed the problem in a few minutes. I was very pleased with the quick, friendly and professional service from Chase. I will absolutely call on Kingwood IT for future needs. Judy Davis

I am sure I have written a review of Kingwood IT in the past, but I want to write a new one. Ross and his staff are amazing. I regularly call their help desk and they walk me through exactly what I need. Also - I tell them what I need my computer to do and they tell me my options. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have even gotten house calls when I am extremely frustrated. I recommend them to everyone I know.

One word! WOW! Kingwood PC Repair saved me today- they always save me but today I am writing about it! I am in sales and use templates for each of my customers as most of us get to moving so fast. I accidentally saved over one of my largest files along with deleting important information. I made one phone call to Kingwood PC Repair and my issue was fixed the issue within 3 minutes.
