I have always felt Matthijssen has been a very reliable company for decades. Especially important is the team they have assembled. It is their caring, professional people that makes the difference and separates them from their competitors. Our rep Chris Esposito is who makes the difference for us. He is always there when we need him and actrually checks in from time to time to be sure all is well. Chris gets 5 stars for his caring and concern and for getting the job done. We recommend, when contacting Matthijssen, you ask for him specifically.

We are extremely happy with the Service and Products we have purchased from Matthijssen. We love the Kyocera copiers and their service has been excellent. They were able to get us new copiers in a short amount of time and the installation went smoothly. The tech was extremely patient and answered all of our questions. Our rep Khusbu was very knowledgeable and she worked with us to get the right equipment in place. I definitely recommend Matthijssen to anyone with IT needs.

I can't say enough good things about our rep, Dave. Super quick turnaround on orders for toners, etc. The rare problems are solved before many employees here even know there was an issue. Our machines are user-friendly without lacking features, which streamlines our work-flow. Our firm could not be happier with Matthijssen.

Jeffrey is always a pleasure to work with - he is never surprised by my requests for help, he is knowledgeable of the most up-to-date technology issues (the problems in addition to how to fix them), he is very patient, understanding, and accommodating. He, and the rest of the team, are respectful of my time and recognize that I am usually a fish-out-of-water if my computer/technology is not working correctly.

Their system for support tickets appears to be well managed since I almost always feel like my request is given attention in a reasonable amount of time. I cannot say enough about Matthijssen and their work. They provide timely assistance and are always helpful. Recently, our office was experiencing internet outages and Jeffrey Cruz and the Matthijssen Team worked so hard to restore our service. We were holding a virtual event a few days after the outage and Jeffrey was constantly present before and during the event to make sure everything was working properly.
