I had an old french dialogue laptop that died. Instead of fleecimg me and charging an astonomical repair price. They guided me to their resources and showed me what it would cost them and the hourly rate. They were right on and no gouging. They seem very fair and upfront.

As an ebay customer of AE Computers, they have been non-communicative and evasive in resolving an issue, retaining $250 for an item I never received. The issue should have been resolved months ago, but their refusal to communicate has resulted in me writing this review. I hope no one else has to experience this.

Awesome for diagnostics and repairs, and honesty. If it's not worth fixing you'll know upfront and if there is a way to SAVE you money, they will. If you have a question ask, if they don't know the answer, they will research it. If you need something before you shop at the majors, give them a call, I assure you the phones work;- - Refurbished laptops off lease ARE Amazing for the price. Don't let anyone steer you else where, they know their stuff!
