I can't say enough about Kerm. He worked on my computer 2 yrs ago and he did a great job. Now my new computer of only 5 months decided to have major problems. Took it to Kerm and he did a great job once again. He has great rates and service. I would recommend him for computer repair. Thank you Kerm.

I first took my computer to Kerm. I was very leary because everyone kept saying just get a new computer. However Kerm Fixed it didnt make me feel dumb about the issues. Then yesterday 8/14 i took my grandsons tablet to him and being the great guy he is gave my 2yr old grandson a loaner so he could watch his spiderman cartoons. So YES ANYONE NEEDING COMPUTER REPAIR SEE KERM!

I took my iMac in after it was acting slow and erratic. There aren't many people who work on Macs locally, so finding someone who will work on it is a huge plus short of driving to the Appleton/Milwaukee area. After a long weekend (due to flu on Kerm's part) I had my computer back. It was cleaned up, the RAM doubled and generally looked over. I'm much happier with its performance, no more color wheel of waiting. I'll be back, probably for the hard drive upgrade. And all for a very reasonable cost.
