Dick did not file our 2011 taxes after paying hundreds of dollars. Despite repeated requests from me for him to check on the status, it took until late December for him to actually do this and discover he had neglected to file either state or federal taxes. We also discovered that he had filed or an extension without our permission or knowledge. We had initially hired BDS to assist us with an under reporting issue with our self prepared 2009 taxes.
Those also got "lost" and never made it to the IRS until I myself mailed them. We rarely ever got phone calls returned and had to continually call ourselves. We will not be returning to this company. I truly believe they are performing near fraudulent practices and I urge you to go anywhere else.
