I am glad my computer died after a power outage, due to my mistake of not having a surge protector. Yes it cost me money but he put in a solid state hard drive which is lightning fast. Dean is very pleasant to deal with and really knows his trade. He even remotely connected with me and helped with another issue on his time. I would only ever use Computer Obsession from here on.

I've worked with Dean for years both on a personal a professional level. He always helps and cures any problem that I have presented from networking to enterprise backup to computers and now to an issue that I had with my iPhone. Dean did an excellent job navigating my tricky PC problem. He was thorough and tested all components to narrow down the issue, and continued to work hard/keep me updated throughout. I also appreciated his explanations on the different components and why he was doing what he did. Will definitely return if I have any other issues in the future.

So grateful to have found such a RELIABLE place for computer service and problems. Dean is calm, competent, timely, helpful, and user-friendly, both at the store, and with his remote service. I don't usually write reviews, but today he remotely rescued my computer and printer at a very reasonable rate, explaining it while I watched it all, leaving me very RELIEVED! Computer Obsession has been taking care of all my computer needs for a couple of years.

I have been going to Computer Obession for 10 years and would never go anywhere else. Dean always does everything he can to fix any and everything that goes wrong. He can tap in remotely so if I'm going nuts he can answer my questions and I haven't even left my home. His service is the best. I have also bought 2 computers from him

I have been a customer for a number of years. I will continue to be one because of the high level of customer service, the patience in answering my questions and the fair pricing. When I, as a non-technical person "screw-up" my computers, Dean just smiles and says "I can fix that" and he does. I would give 6 or 7 stars but Google only allows 5. Thanks Dean!

I appreciate the depth of knowledge that Dean and his associates bring to the the field. We all know the frustration of technology! I've purchased many products over many years and benefited from Dean's willingness to drill down into the normal "glitches" that crop up with equipment, software and the like. Highly recommended.
