Iowa PC Services, Inc is located at 2520 Mansfield Drive in Des Moines, IA and we provide IT services to individuals and businesses in Central Iowa. IPCS was founded in 2002 as a one-man repair service by Dan Bailey. However, we have now grown into a team of five. Dan, Jason and Jerad are our three technicians and enjoy solving a wide variety of problems, sometimes tapping on the expertise of the others.

When you purchase one or more of our managed IT services, we monitor them to ensure they are running smoothly. Our goal is to reduce the surprises that come with owning a computer. I came to them with some power issues. My laptop power cord had problems powering the laptop unless you finagle the cord. They replaced the power socket, and acted like it was fine. By the end of the day, the problem was back. I feel like I wasted time and money with them. ETA: I did replace the power cord. It did not improve the situation.
