Mr. Webley is the founder, majority stockholder and CEO of Advanced Systems Technology, Incorporated (AST). Incorporated in 1984, AST, a defense contractor, provides systems and software engineering services for US Army C4I systems, combat effectiveness models, simulations, and training devices and simulators.
AST has been awarded a number of indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (ID/IQ), multiple award prime contracts. Below is a list of some of these. CTC Towers Replacement and Tech Refresh awarded by ACC Orlando.
