Okay, called Andre last year he upgraded and put memory, perfect for a whole year then yesterday a glich, think my malware did not update - so wow troubles, called Perfect Pc within the half hour Andre was tapped into my computer and worked on it without coming over, he was able to fix it all THANK YOU PERFECT PC you make life run soooooooooooooooo smooth as SILK!
