These guys did a great job pinpointing the problems with my laptop. Not only did they fix the problem, they also improved my device by making a recommendation to have it running better. Very affordable, fast and communicative. Happy I didn't have to buy a new device and got my laptop working like new!

What a wonderful experience! My laptop had been broken since a Windows upgrade 7 months prior. I didn't want to send a ton of money & I thought it was hopeless. These guys were amazing, kept me up to date on everything they were doing, always gave me prices on what they were doing & asked before doing it. They were quick & very helpful by even putting "office" back on my computer.
They even let me use the yelp coupon despite it expiring in 2015, very competitive pricing, & even carried my laptop out to my car. I will definitely use them again, you should to, you won't be disappointed!

I have a laptop that was with me for years and started to notice it had cosmetic damage. The frame was cracked in the corners which led to a trail of further damage. I stopped by their office and showed them my laptop. They created a ticket and told me they'd update me with the progress. I get a phone call maybe the day after or so, and Jay (a really kind gentleman) informed me that after contacting Dell, they decided to ship it off to do the repairs.
I asked how much would that cost me, and Jay informed me Dell will charge me roughly $40 for the shipping and around $80 for the repair, and it was up to me at this point to proceed or not. He went on explaining to me that the laptop is still in a great condition, and wouldn't advise me in buying a new one, and the best thing to do is to send it to Dell if I wished to.
I asked him, how much would they (DLL Tech.) charge me for their time, and Jay replied something equaling to, "We will not charge you anything as it wouldn't be fair." They didn't make any money out of me, and it was a hassle for them to ship and receive my laptop on my behalf. so they could've easily told me to buy a new one and give me back my device, yet they didn't.
They still went the extra mile to make sure the poor human (me) with her scarred friend (my laptop) that walked in their office yearning for help would leave with a jolly smile on her face (me), and a twinkling startup on her friend's screen (my laptop). Honestly, humanity nowadays hardly shine; however, at DLL Tech., their honesty, as well as kindness, are truly what this world is parched of.
Regardless of whom you deal with at DLL Tech., you will not be displeased as the entire team exceeds their customers' expectations. May God bless you and reward you guys 10 folds for your wonderful spirit. Rest assured, I will recommend this place to all my friends!

This review is way overdue. They are all so wonderful at DLL. Thank you all for working so quickly to get my IT issues fixed in a timely and professional manner. I've been using them for years and I'm so happy to see they have moved to a nicer space in Glendora and expanded to Reno. That just proves that they are expanding and are continuing to provide their wonderful service and expertise to others in need. Keep on doing what you're doing Team DLL. You guys rock! I've gone to DLL a few times now for laptop repair for my businesses and each time they've demonstrated to be very professional, knowledgeable, fair and responsive. Most of my requests are very urgent and they've proven to be a reliable IT provider that can accommodate my needs. Chris is easy to work with and on top of his technical game, and Mirna has a great business strategy to keep her customers satisfied at a fair cost. I'll continue to use DLL for my IT needs in the future.

If you're in the area; this is your go to computer shop. If you're not this side of the 605 freeway it's still worth the drive. These guys are super professional while maintaining a laid back office. They'll work with you and are very up front with any issues. Good prices and very knowledgeable. I'm set as far as any upcoming IT problems as long as live here.

Our 4 year - old laptop began to slow down and freeze frequently. We have a good/expensive antivirus but still it did not resolve the issue. My 6 year old kindergarden cannot even do his " reading eggs" study for 15 minutes straight without the system crashing. Good thing I did search on Yelp and found this new computer and IT services in Glendora. Chris who helped my husband are very knowledgeable.

Although I required personal service for my laptop DLL was there for me. Quick and professional service made my experience a very happy one. I probably would have paid a fortune with a Box Store experience. I received the best service from all of the Team, Jay explained all the issues I was having including a quote for any possible changes, years ago I spent quite a bit, I couldn't believe the how inexpensive the service totaled.

Great IT firm for small business. They understand it is difficult to run a small business with tight budget, and they are always there to help. If they didn't get to fix the problem in the first call, they will always call us back within 30 minutes or sooner, they are patient, friendly, professional. But more important, it is the because they are Willing to help their clients solve the problem rather than bill for a problem fix that makes them different than other companies.
