They used to be half way decent. But, don't know what happened, they now are awful. They'll pass you around from service tech to service tech and you won't get an answer. They want to just sit behind the desk and won't come out to try and figure out what's going on. They stopped sending us the "how did we do" forms so I'm letting them know what I think about the job they're doing

Remember when computer repair guys were nerdy, impatient, and just a a little odd? Not anymore! I love this company. These folks are the best personalities! They arrive with smiles and a sense of relaxation that puts you at ease. They talk in terms that I can actually understand! They turn the work around very quickly.

Oh, Datapath where would we be without you? I never knew computer challenges could be taken care of so quickly and with really funny, nice, smart, and non-nerdy customer service! The days of old pocket protector geek squads are over! This is the new way, call them if you are tired of trying to keep all your employees happy in their computer world, they won't let you down!
