I'm not one to leave reviews. as this is the very first google review I've ever written. However, I figured my experience would maybe shed light on how I was mistreated. I scheduled a call with the owner, George Hinton, on 10/21 in efforts to create a business relationship for IT protection for my new & growing business. I spoke with him on that day and he had to cancel my appointment due to a scheduling conflict.
I said that was fine & I try to be fairly understanding because I had another 2 1/2 weeks until my business would open their doors. I contacted H&A again on 10/27 (the following Wednesday) and the secretary I spoke with explained that Mr. Hinton was away from his desk at the moment. She said she would leave a message for him and also sent me to his direct voicemail.
I never received a reply nearly 1 week later. I tried calling again today and was sent straight to voicemail. I am now 3 days away from my grand opening with no IT security or any idea with how to proceed. I would give this monstrosity 0 stars if I could. Waste of time and effort. BEWARE!
