This is the second time I've come here to repair my iPhone and they are absolutely amazing! In addition to having a cracked screen the second time around, my home button was also broken (literally detached from my phone). They were able to fix it for me and my phone looks brand new. And they even charged my phone to 100% when I picked it up the next day. They're super friendly, helpful, and very reasonably priced. I've recommended them to friends in the past and will continue to do so. Thank you!

I went into this repair shop and thought it was pretty fishy that these guys are located in the basement of a house. I thought to myself well other businesses have offices in their homes so why not listen to their sales pitch and see if i felt comfortable with them fixing my laptop. I spoke with this guy named Angel their he told me their was a bench tech fee for diagnosing the machine 35 dollars he said ok. but then he was an additional 95 dollars to continue the repair and more money for parts if i needed them.
When I started trying to explain what the problem was to get a general idea of the cost of the repair he started to B.S. me this guy didn't know what he was talking about, I felt so uncomfortable like he was trying to rip me off. Little did he know that i researched my problem and all i wanted to see was that he was knowledgeable on what i needed him to do.
He spoke to me like I was uninformed and was more concerned with making the money then providing me with good service. I would be weary about going here these guys seem like the type to swap parts out or sell you used parts for the price of a new one. I ended up going somewhere else for my repair. Trust them at your own discretion

This repair shop gets the job done with integrity. I recently brought in my laptop & it was checked, cleaned, diagnosed right away. He was honest with his advise and said I should probably consider a new laptop instead of fixing it. In the end I canceled the repair & they worked with me 100% being quick and attentive. I was expecting my raw hard drive and I got a transferred clean copy with cord. They are professional, honest and quick I highly recommend. Thanks!

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE IMAGINABLE. I had dropped two items there, an iPhone 4 and an iPad 2, and was told they would be ready in a few hours. It took them THREE DAYS before my items were returned to me, and I was forced to constantly call them checking the status of my items, as they would never make good on promises to call me back. They replaced the cracked Gorilla Glass with a much cheaper material.
The back glass plate of the iPhone doesn't even have the Apple logo imprinted on it. It is located in a shady location and the owner and workers themselves seemed suspect. Theres not even a store to go into, instead you must make your way into a basement of a house and wait for service in a small room the size of an elevator. And the glass on the iPad has already developed a fracture in the glass with NO DROP, just simply placing it on the table. I also have reason to believe my items were dishonestly tampered. I highly recommend refraining from using this service if you are able to find any other option.

My experience with A Plus Computer Service, was the best. I brought my computer to A Plus to be fixed, and in less than 24 hours it was fixed, and running like new. I recieved professional and courteous service from the A Plus Computer Technician. I recommend A Plus Computer Services to all of my friends. I went to A Plus on the recommendation of a friend. I wanted to work with a community based repair shop and not one of the big box stores. When I first called the tech said they don't even repair Android tablets. My friend insisted they do so I showed up in person and place my tablet directly in the hands of the owner - in the hands of Angel himself.
After a week I picked my device up but the tech neglected to have it charged. There was no way to see that the screen was replaced properly, still on Angel's reputation with my friend I paid the remaining balance. I got home and after charging the device all afternoon discovered I could not power on. I returned on Monday and the tech said "it was a simple matter" that the power button "slipped from the connector.
Imagine my shock when Tuesday morning the device again failed to power up! I returned AGAIN Wednesday and the tech now thought it needed a new battery. He assured me he would order one and call me Thursday before 4:00pm at 5:00 Thursday I called and the tech now said I need a new mother board! the mother board was working just FINE on Monday. The tech said it would cost an additional $80 to get the motherboard and offered no estimate on the labor.
I am currently waiting to hear form Angel to see how he plans to fix this disaster. With all this aggravation and expense i could have bought a new device UPDATE Angel FINALLY calls me back and sticks by his tech's version of events. He has offered to do the labor for free but still expects me to buy a new mother board! Bottom line they are unprofessional and unreliable

Brought in my 13 inch Macbook (white) to have the back shell replaced due to cracking (ordered the replacement piece off of amazon). Spoke to Rep. Lugo very polite and friendly seems very knowledgable which is a plus and dropped it off by the time I got home I got a phone call back saying my macbook was ready for pickup. Overall their service was great. I have no complaints and my macbook looks brand new again. It even sounds like they tighten the hinges because it doesn't squeak anymore.
