Sorry, but very disappointed in this service. Asked up front if they could update my older Apple & told them I wanted to load the latest Adobe software. They said they could do it. No storefront, so had to meet them somewhere to hand over equipment. Got my computer back & come to find out after trying to load the software, it couldn't load because I did not have the latest iOS.
They did not tell me it would not accept the latest iOS, so they loaded an older version. I would not have spent the $ to upgrade the hardware if I still couldn't get the software I wanted. I felt cheated.

Jens is super knowledgeable about so many different types of resources for just about everything you could possibly need. He got our business all set up for efficient and effective operations as far as tech goes. They're really responsive and always kind/courteous. Highly recommend. Ten thousand stars.

We have worked with Sandpoint Computers for a year now and have enjoyed the relationship immensely. Our office is primarily based with MAC's with a Microsoft server and one PC. Integrating the two different operating systems had proven to be difficult previously. Sandpoint Computers, Joseph, Jen's and Curtis have been there when the system needed communication that our staff could not provide. When you need a mechanic, go to a shop, when you need and IT professional, go to Sandpoint Computer's.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who don't try to bamboozle their customer base with a lot of technical jargon who's primary purpose is to discombobulate any technical neophytes into taking on unnecessary 'protection plans' and hardware upgrades for features that will, in all likelihood, never be utilized. (I'm looking at you, Best Buy & Staples!#@%^) If you'll allow me a moment to rant.
I would like to think that Sandpoint Computers sets out to deliver the kind of service that Best Buy or Staples probably intended to provide when they gave birth to the concept of the Geeksquad or Easy Tech. Unfortunately, no one got the memo that trying to supply a pragmatic and personalized tech support experience when you're a corporate behemoth - who's success has been predicated solely on selling more tech to the same customer base this quarter than you did the previous quarter - is like expecting McDonald's to start cranking out home cooked meals; just like Mom made. Yes, it sounds great in theory. until you have the inevitable epiphany that the ethos of a big box fortune 500 company is diametrically opposed to the service that they're trying so desperately to bring to market.
The end result is generally an example of corporate evil incarnate at it's worst, and at it's best, a comical display of an oxymoron drizzled in irony. Now that my rant on Main St vs Wall St has come to a close, I'd like to add that the owner of this company is easily accessible to customer's, and is firmly entrenched in the day to day operations of the business, which is a major plus from any customer's standpoint -- although, it is the heavily biased opinion of this reviewer, that it would be fiscally prudent and ethically sound for the owner of said company to take a chance at delegating responsibilities to competent third parties presently in need of employ.
