I was in town for work and my laptop hard drive failed. I called and spoke to them first thing in the morning, told them it was my work laptop and they couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. It was returned to my the next day and they saved all my files. Absolutely couldn't be happier. Highly, highly recommend this company. 10/10!

This place is WONDERFUL! If I could give it 10 stars, I would! I called today on a reference and REALLY needed help! I'm a small business owner and my computer just died. this is NOT GOOD! I called and spoke with Kate and Cass and they were INCREDIBLE! I was beyond frustrated because I needed access to my files and we had been having other networking problems that we needed solved.
Not only were both of them patient and COMPETENT, I actually was able to get ALL of my problems solved in about a half hour! Even better, they didn't just fix my problems, but they (calmly) showed me what to do so that I could understand myself! I LOVED that they did this on my own computer screen as well- and in real time, so that I could see everything that was happening.
I swear, I'm now a loyal customer of theirs for life! Truly, I cannot recommend this place highly enough! This has got to be one of Albuquerque's best kept secrets! Thank you so much Kate and Cass! I'm telling everyone about you!

Never answered the phone, took forever (got my thing by end of day but I went there and as I got there he just happened to be finishing up checking my part, probably cause I left a voicemail shortly before). It cost me same amount that 505 would have charged but they seem more professional over there. He was nice and put what I wanted on the receipt.

A friend recommended I go to to Computer Services of Albuquerque after my computer stopped working. They promptly figured out the problem and in no time my computer was good as new.
