I met with Wadih and Eric from Robust Network Solutions early this year, 2019, after receiving a recommendation from a close colleague. We are located in Downtown San Francisco and were in need of a new IT management company for our CPA firm due to the transition of our old provider. After meeting with Robust and several other potential IT providers the decision to move forward with Robust was obvious.
The changeover and on-boarding with Robust was efficient and quick while still providing a detailed review of our current system and potential improvements. There were some immediate issues that needed to be resolved during the transition; the Robust team explained the issues, recommended a path to resolve and improve our systems and executed the plan with no interruption to our team.
