Wont go to deep into it. But will never trust this company ever again for good reason. Be careful what contracts you sign with them. I'm sure they will have someone come in to counter act this review, and instead of reviewing the company they will try to review my review, but my review of this company stands as is. Glad to be working for their competitor with and account manager who is a lot more trustworthy.

I was contacted regarding a position with Kaiser Permanente. I provided all the necessary information to the initial recruiter 2 - 3 times before it was brought to the next level of management and recruiting. I spoke with that gentlemen the same afternoon providing the necessary information and explaining that I had a software background in health care and my resume accurately reflected that.
This was where everything went wrong. Even though I explained 4 times what I did for my previous employer they still came back saying that my resume appeared to have more hardware experience than software experience. Fact is that I spent over half my career in medical software. I explained that I had given the necessary information to him the day before and I was offended that I needed to provide it for the 5th or 6th time when my resume is sitting right in front of him.
He proceeded to tell me to have a good day and the call ended. I was extremely offended and I worry for their clients and for the employees who work through this agency. The incompetence that I experienced from each level of recruiting was far and wide and I feel that they could be doing a better job for their clients and employees. Until I receive a formal apology I do not feel it necessary to remove this experience from this review site.

I can't say enough good things about ESG. One bad review from one person shouldn't define this place, nor should my one good review. See for yourself. Diane is AWESOME! She is absolutely THE best and will represent you to the best of her abilities, which in my opinion, is stellar and above and beyond any expectations I had. She's personable, friendly and always professional. I'm sorry the previous person had a bad experience with Diane and I'm sure if she saw that review she would've made it right.
They really take care to find the right people. I can say that because after i was hired at Kaiser, I was the liaison between ESG and my boss when we were looking for candidates to help fill other positions. Diane didn't just send random people to us like the other agencies did, who shall remain unnamed. She sent quality people with the background and skills that matched our needs and as our needs changed, so did the candidates.
The other agencies were throwing every resume our direction, 100's a week. Low quality, uneducated, no background check was done. ESG took care to find quality candidates that they actually took the time to meet beforehand. The other agencies were asking me what their candidates looked like, if they were professionally dressed. I know the agencies can't always meet the candidates prior but at least ESG makes a concerted effort.
Besides that, Diane would drive from San Jose to Walnut Creek to meet the candidate prior to the in-person interview. She's a classy lady with good work ethics. I honestly feel the previous commenter should give them another chance, especially if you're still looking for work.
