Wave Tech has been supporting small to medium sized businesses and their IT needs on hundreds of different IT projects since 1993. While we are primarily a managed service provider, we often dedicate our highly skilled IT technicians on project based work on a case by case basis. Wireless networking is supposed to allow you to work anywhere, but most of the time you are limited to a small section of your office. Go outside the perimeter and your signal strength drops, applications don't work, and frustration sets in. Having been in business since 1993, we've seen a lot of businesses struggle unnecessarily when switching IT providers. Though it may seem like an uncomfortable and complex task, it's actually quite simple. Many companies offer PC support, troubleshooting, etc but rarely do they have the depth of knowledge necessary when it comes to the more business services-based transition process. Largely because they either haven't been in business long enough or have been more focused on gaining newly formed businesses as clients.

I acquired executive suites business about 5 years ago and found the Internet and phone systems, as well as the support was weak and unreliable. JR Harris, of Wave Tech was recommended to me and I hired him to take over the overseeing of all of my I.T. systems. Over the years he has saved me both down time and money. He not only makes sure that I am protected from equipment and licensing issues, but makes sure it's the most cost effective method. I would recommend JR and his team to anyone of any size.

Used JR and his company to set up internet in our newly expanded offices - to include phones, wi-fi, and a change in provider - at our non-profit support organization. I am the Office Manager of a non profit organization and I am so grateful to Wave Tech for helping us update our phone and internet and WIFI system. We recently moved into a second office and were facing a steep increase in cost to ensure reliable and speed appropriate internet service. JR and his team at Wave Tech came up with a plan that was efficient, effective and saved us from having to pay sky high fees and monthly costs.
Once the plan was in place, JR reconfigured the wires and hardware in a timely manner allowing us to meet our drop dead dates. JR and his team held our hand through the entire process which was a huge, welcome relief! I highly recommend Wave Tech!

I work for a Manufacturing company based in Lake Elsniore with a fabrication facility in Perris (connects to our HQ through a VPN). We'd worked with another MSP prior to WaveTech - unfortunately, our ignorance in IT allowed them to take advantage of us. It took us 2 years (of our 3-year contract) to unwind the mess they made and terminate the agreement.
I have family in the IT hardware business and he was quick to recommend WaveTech, specifically JR Harris, as they use them for jobs beyond their internal skill sets. From the initial consultation and walk-through, JR's passion for his profession was clear. It was a LONG process getting to know each other, from an organizational standpoint, further complicated by us purchasing a new server, as well.
It was not only onboarding, but installing a new server on which we were migrating and virtualizing our existing servers, then setting up network securities for the entire organization of 65 people. To me, this sounds extremely complicated - for JR and his crew, all in a day's work. Every question posed was answered promptly and thoroughly. Things i did not understand were detailed in layman's terms to ensure we knew for what we were paying.
The process is finally complete and, most impressive, they stuck to budget and beat their timelines. I was constantly receiving emails and text messages after hours and on weekend from JR - you do NOT receive this level of service anywhere these days. It's been a long road for us in the IT world and we've learned some expensive lessons along the way. We're confident we've found a long term partner in WaveTech.
