Upgraded to Medisoft 19 last month. One of the insurance companies (BCBS) we only bill once a month so we didnt notice a problem with BCBS at first. But the HCFA form is not configuring correctly for BCBS and Accudata wants me to pay a monthly tech support fee to fix it instead of just an hourly rate. In my mind it should be part of the initial setup fee I paid for and not extra. Taking my business elsewhere for support. Dr. Russ F.
