Called for service - receptionist was rude, unhelpful. Evidently my service tech is no longer employed and they were not interested in servicing my issue, or putting me in contact with the former employee who has always taken care of my needs, professionally. Based upon this experience, I would not recommend Critical Edge.

Critical Edge not only cares about their customers but their area as a whole. I remember a few years back when a small computer shop dissolved and took a woman's computer with him. Critical Edge stepped up and i'm paraphrasing from the KAIT8 news article here, "Critical Edge Tech has promised to replace the equipment that the women lost at no charge." Kindness, coupled with a very knowledgeable and friendly staff makes Critical Edge IT when it comes to IT in Jonesboro.
