They were amazing, My mom passed away and they helped me download all of the music for her service at the last minute. I couldn't have asked for nicer people and such amazing customer service! 5+ Stars!

I regret more than I can say about going to their shop. First of all, the lady that I talked to seem to know absolutely nothing about phones. She didn't even know what type of phone I had. Second, I didn't even get the chance to ask questions about how long it was gonna take or how much it was before it was whisked away to the back. It took a day and a half to get it back from there and about as soon as I stepped into the car I noticed that the screen wasn't even all the way on my phone.

Since I work a lot, I didn't get the chance to take it back to get it fixed. About a day into using into the Touch ID no longer works. As I was picking up my phone today, I accidentally grabbed it by the raised corner and now there is another crack in the screen. At a steep price of $135 for a screen repair on a IPhone 6s Plus I will never go back.

I came to the store computer literate but pretended like i didnt know much. They tried to use my lack of knowledge to get as much money out of me as possible. All i needed was a harddrive ssd internal with windows 10 os installed. They charged 232$. I went online and got the same for 75$. This place is all about getting your money so be careful please.

The owner of the store was very honest, informal about fixing my surface book laptop. Would recommend for questions and answers.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. My wife had to get the right hand drive replaced. This was the shop that took care of all of our needs in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend!

Rude and vague. When asked if they have a specific memory stick they said yes but had "no idea" what the price could be. He wanted me to bring my entire computer to the shop so he could give me his opinion which I did not ask for. The very next day the same person says oh I very much doubt we have what you are looking for. What? Inconsistent and rude all around.

They want to talk down to you and I'm not having that. I have computer engineers in my family. I just wanted to grab a part quick and pay you for it which is apparently impossible.

Bad service, unknowledgeable staff. I don't know much about computers and computer hardware, but I know more than these guys. Would recommend bringing your business elsewhere, I know I will be.

I was having problems with my old computer. I brought it to Computer SOS. They gave me a great deal on a new computer and went beyond the call of duty in transferring the data from my old computer to my new computer. I highly recommend going to Computer SOS before you buy at the big box store. Their service is worth the few dollars you may think you are going to save!

I had a problem with this place before but I gave them a second chance after taking my computer to another repair shop I was less than pleased with. I am so glad I did. Super fast service, I got a call back the next day since he had the parts there. Awesome, they really won me back after that.
