Literally nobody in their chain of command seems to care about anything other than billing customers regardless of the quality of work done. It isn't hard to have an ounce of competence unless you work here apparently.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Absolutely cannot be trusted. My technician was barely able to communicate clearly and failed to properly set up my backups causing data loss. Management seemed to think this is a routine issue that just needs to be fixed as if that's the standard of service they expect to deliver.
