I will start by saying, the staff in office in Saint Anthony are absolutely AMAZING! (That is why i gave this 2 stars). This is for the overall internet quality and my experience over the phone with techs and billing. If you have other options, dont bother This company has us cornered. Sub par service for residential and business accounts but there are no other options where i live.

My home internet gets shut off every now and then because their auto-pay service fails and my business internet (where there is no cell service) got locked for NO REASON (per their tech guy and the woman in billing). they were able to unlock it an hour later after saying someone must have "bumped" something to lock my internet. i use the internet to look at my schedule, check customer/client info and book appointments. An accidental "bump" from a careless employee can cost a business money which is someone's livelihood and it's employees have no clue what they are doing.

I was passed between techs and billing and got a bunch of "i am not authorized to." or "i dont know what is going on" comments which make me wonder why I even bother with this company. Customer service is alright most of the time. until you ask for some form of compensation after numerous service calls and tech visits. Annie in billing will go out of her way to passive aggressively blow you off. We are swapping to a different company and it actually works out better financially. Lesson learned the hard way.

I have purchased Blackfoot Communication's DSL service for a few years now and the service has been below average. I purchased the 40Mbps x 5Mbps service. Several times a year I have to call support as they rate limit me back to 5Mbps x 2Mbps. I also have a 25Mbps x 3Mbps wireless ISP service and it has been more reliable than Blackfoot's DSL service. To say the least it is frustrating.

As an update to the 5/28/17 review in which a Blackfoot tech told us the modem was bad we later found that the house was not wired properly. So much for the Blackfoot tech.

This company was good when they were Cutthroat but now that Blackfoot owns them not so much. We used them for years and then when we wanted more bandwidth they said that they could not provide what we needed but would not let us out of our contract. Look elsewhere for fast reliable business internet that doesn't stick you in a multi year contract and then not help you when you need more service.
