Our company became a customer of theirs when it was still a local company. We had very good service until they were bought out by Dynamic Quest. We had a small issue that we called them in on three weeks ago. Their technician changed something and now our servers are basically offline and they cannot fix it. Since we are a service related business we are dead in the water. Do your due diligence before you become a client of this group.

You should always buy American, especially if you are paying the price. Calling the help desk will almost always land you in the Phillipines or India, or both. At times like these, we need to make sure we support our country. If you don't, do us ALL A FAVOR AND GET OUT!

The company I work for uses Dynamic Quest as our outsourced IT provider, which includes everything from purchase and set-up of any necessary machines (servers, computers, networking, etc.), monitoring of all devices, and help desk response. They are a great option as a local Greensboro company, even providing on-site support when necessary. If there was anything I could hope for improvement, it would be the communication between DQ's employees as well as to us.

They sometimes do not respond as quickly as I would have hoped for. Overall, however, the service is great and I would recommend them to anyone who needs an IT service provider.
