Lynx and my company (Ironton Telephone) share many mutual clients and they've been stellar in helping to deploy VoIP networks. I've worked with most of the technicians here and we've always had success and happy customers. Highly recommended.

If you need I.T. support, my recommendation is to keep looking! This company will take your money - having you prepay for bulk hours and then tell you that you are "kinda far to send a tech, but maybe we can get one out there in 2 or 3 days".great to hear when your business cannot run without your network. Contacted another company who had us up running within an hour. Now Lynx refuses to refund our money for the hours purchased and not used.almost $800.00!

I would highly advise anyone looking for an IT company to keep looking! After we relocated our business and had problems with our network, we were told after 2 hours of phone support that they didn't know what was wrong and we were "too far" (we are still within an hour of them) for them to send a tech. "Maybe" they could get someone out in a couple days.

We called another IT company who had us up and running over the phone in 5 minutes. Now Lynx won't refund our "prepaid block hours". STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND KEEP LOOKING FOR A REPUTABLE IT COMPANY THAT DOESN"T HAVE TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!

I work with Lynx on an almost daily basis, on an almost limitless number of projects. I would highly recommend them for any technology project.
