RKPC Service - Computer Repair

I recently took my computer to Roger because it was running very slowly! Roger was very professional, polite and knowledgeable! It is now running better & was very affordable! He also took sufficient time when he reviewed his findings with my wife & me! Wayne M

My computer crashed overnight and I needed it for work on Monday am! I panicked! But I called Roger at RKPC Service and brought him my laptop that am! He quickly found the "issues"- fixed them quickly, improved the running system and I had my computer back the same day! Fixed in just a few hours! He recommended remedies for my situation, and answered every question I had until I could get my laptop back and up and running! He was so helpful. I called Roger around 1:30p.m. on 3/15/2022. We corresponded by text. After brief description of my problem, he sent questions and I sent requested pictures and explanation of problem. He said he thought he could help. Took computer, got reply that repair was made, picked up computer and paid very reasonable price at 4:30 p.m. Computer working great. I call that 5 star performance! My HDD failed so my PC would not boot. Roger diagnosed and fixed the PC the same day for a very reasonable price. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to go over everything.
