PCA helped us through what could have been the worst nightmare for a CPA firm. Our server had a hardware issue that made it impossible for us to access our tax software and client data on Saturday afternoon before the Monday April 18, 2022 tax deadline. PCA tech support came to my office Saturday evening and identified the problem and assured me they would do everything they could to help us get back working as soon as possible. Saturday night, PCA had a replacement server in our office and began the process of moving our data from our almost completely dead server. PCA tech support was in constant touch with me throughout Saturday night and Sunday, which was Easter by the way, and notified me as soon as the data was restored.
My office was back up and working at 100% by Sunday night. The fact that we only lost about 24 hours for a major hardware problem over a holiday weekend is amazing. PCA went above and beyond and helped us provide the services to our clients that allowed us to meet our tax deadline.

The company I work for recently switched to PCA and we are very impressed with their service. Right after the switch they worked hard to correct several issues our old tech company caused. They even remoted into my computer to install needed updates. Plus everyone that works there is super friendly and compassionate. Great company!

Everyone went above and beyond to get our remote access issues fixed with short notice due to the weather. We don't usually have very many people working from home and it took most of the day to configure home computers and find a fix for our licenses issue but they got it done and kept us in the loop the whole time Thanks to everyone!

The PCA team put in numerous hours to ensure that we had the connectivity needed to keep our clinic open, patients cared for and employees working during the inclement weather event. Excellent communication about all steps and needs in the process. We could not have flexed to 100% remote care without them!

We are a small business (orthodontic practice) and have been a customer of PCA for 20 years. Several people on the team there are have become like family to us over the years. PCA is proactive, prompt, and competitively priced. They have helped us in the past managing/maintaining two Windows servers, thin clients with Terminal Services, basic PC maintenance, and 7 years ago they assisted us transitioning to an all-Mac office in order to meet a software change we chose to make in our industry.
We also use the 3CX VOIP phone system that PCA offers. They helped us connect with 'seams' with Comcast nicely. The smaller 'day-to-day' networking needs are also met by them as needed. To conclude, we are glad to be a PCA customer!
