I've been using Think Smart for years with degrading results. Consistent outages and problems that are NEVER issues on their end. All this in spite of all other systems working without fail. Calls about issues go unanswered and unresolved. Today's issues resulted in calling the tech support line that says its now not a working number. Zero concern with fulfilling their contract, even less with resolving customer issues.
If you are looking for a cloud platform.keep looking. 01/06/2022 - I simply wanted to edit my review so as to reflect that my service is once again not working. And as expected, we have no way of contacting anyone for support. The number listed on the website states that is it disconnected (it has been like this for months). My question.why take on clients in time zones other than yours if you have no intentions of providing access for customer support during the clients' normal hours of operations?

I used Thinksmart for a couple of years with minor issues. Their service gradually declined to a point where my staff was having to call almost everyday and wait on hold for long periods of time. They would fix the problem but in the meantime I was out of commission. The problem got bad enough I was losing patients and even some employees who had to work with angry patients. Finally, after a couple of days where I had to reschedule full days of patients because their service wasn't working I personally called and was told they had no record of all the calls my staff had made and that there was no issues with THEIR service.
Apparently it was all made up in my head. I was forced to make a change because of their inability to provide me the service I paid for every single month. After switching they demanded that I honor my contract even though they couldn't honor theirs. They even sent me to collections when I refused to pay. Thinksmart cost me thousands of dollars. I hope I can save someone else the headache that I went through!

Update: It's the morning of our 3rd day of business in the new year and Think Smart has gone over and above in resolving the issues that caused the failure. A personal visit from the VP and Director topped off their excellent service. We are so relieved to be back on track and operating as usual. Thank you Think Smart! First 2 business days of the new year and we haven't been able to access our cloud-based server at all.
The server has been down and Think Smart is migrating everything over to a new server. Well, that is unacceptable! We have a business to run and not being able to access patient records, past orders, our schedule, etc is horrible! No way should a business be left in this condition for 2 full days and still no word on when we can expect to have our system back up and running as normal.
