Heard very bad things. one of the best managers I ever worked and have a ton of respect for reached out when they realized it was not a workable environment, I was able to recruit them, where of course she did her magic with her saving / renewing the contract/project she was put on. This particular person not afraid of hard work, extremely resilient and customers and her teams adore/respect her.
