Extremely rude over the phone. The man who answered was very condescending- spoke exaggeratedly slowly to me and went on to explain in detail the best way for me to write down the email address he gave me verbally over the phone, as if I were a small child. The head electrician there refused to return any of my calls or email messages after our initial conversation where he expressed interest in my business.
After two weeks of keeping my project on hold, he emailed me a brief bid for the project. I never ended up hiring them to do the job. I do not plan to contact them again and would suggest finding an electrician who shows some level of respect for their paying customers.
