Firstly, please call a tech rep in a large store like Best Buy or Staples or Walmart and ask them to recommend a place to go.

We have used Computer Solutions for years when we have computer problems. They offer on site service which is very convenient for my husband.

Very professional, knowledgeable and responsive team that save us from a lot downtime at our business. would highly recommend them.

Literally the WORST business I have ever encountered. They have had my computer almost three months now. After the first month, they finally let me know I needed to order a part for the repair, which I did. It's been almost 2 months since the part was ordered and they had not given me any timeline on when my computer would be ready. Countless calling and emails, I decided to just drive to the shop to get more information about my computer.

Every time I came they had their business locked up with an Open sign. Still no one answered the phones. I am waiting outside right now bc the sign says Closed til 3:30. It's almost 4, and I have been in the parking lot over an hour waiting for them to open? It's a thursday. I have no idea what to do to get my computer back!

I am leaving this review so no one experiences the same treatment I suffered. This place had my computer for almost 3 months with very limited responses to my emails and calls. After one month of having my computer they called me apologizing for the delay and told me if I just bought the computer part that they would cover the charges for labor which I obviously agreed to do.

Once the part was ordered and sent to them I did not hear anything back for at least a month about when my computer would be ready. After I called and emailed and even went to their place of business to try and find out when I could have my computer, there was no response and no one was there. Finally after not knowing what was going on I left a review on Google in hopes that at least they would contact me regarding my review since they had not responded to my calls and emails. Eventually, I got in contact with them and when I went to pick up my computer they told me I had charges to my account.

I said I didn't understand why since they had agreed to cover the labor because of their delay. They proceeded to tell me that due to my review on Google that they would no longer be honoring that promise. Then they said they would take the cost of the labor off if I took down the review and then signed a non-disclosure agreement to no longer post online about my experience. This was a total slap in the face and I decided to pay the charges so that everyone can be aware of how poorly this business treats their clients.

I recently had hardware problems with my PC and they explained it to me thoroughly and notified me of the prices beforehand and was able to get my PC back after a couple of days

I called was connected to Joel who said to come over and he'd take a look at my Asus laptop. I was greeted. I explained what was going on with with my laptop. Immediately Joel took a look and diagnosed and fixed. I was in and gone within 3 minutes. He also noticed that one hinge was creaking. He suggested that I take care while opening and closing. No charge. Will definitely recommend and shall return if I have a major computer problem. Thanks Joel!

When I came in to the store, I was greeted professionally by the staff and I told the representative at the Front Desk that I was having problems with my internet. The representative diagnosed my laptop immediately and fixed my internet problem quickly. I highly recommend Computer Solutions because they take care of customers issues quickly and effectively.

Joel and Parker are the men you need to see if you are having pc issues. I took my tower to be repaired because it had completely crashed on me. Joel was straight to the point about what was wrong and what needed to be repaired. Due to the time frame that I had to get my pc repaired, Joel and Parker were on it immediately. Got my pc back in 2 days!

They upgraded my pc and are super friendly. Need some computer techs? Computer Solutions is your place and Joel and Parker are your guys! Thank you gentleman for helping me and fixing my pc immediately! You guys ROCK!

For some reason, this company DOES NOT show up in a yp.com search for computer repair or laptop repairs. Looking at the reviews for this company, it appears there are more than one company with this name out there as two are from states far far away. This one is in Savannah Georgia! I have a 5 year old HP laptop that had to have the keyboard replaced as my kitty cat jumped up on my desk and vomited all over it and broke it.

These guys took it in on a estimate for a NORMAL keyboard replacement but quickly discovered that the design of my laptop is far from anything normal. They had to special order a (internal) keyboard from HP which came from China and took 3 weeks to arrive. I kept the laptop during this time using an added on keyboard and when the new one arrived they called and I dropped it off.

Two days later it was ready. When I went to pick it up they explained that the unique design of this laptop required far more work that initially anticipated thus the long wait as they had to obtain some special tools. However, when I asked if it would cost more, they said no that they would eat the extra work. I offered to compensate them and pay more but they refused.

Good folks there! Now, two years later its time for the USB ports to be replaced and I am taking the unit back to them for more work. Not sure what the other reviews are talking about but my experience was about as good as one could hope for.

Absolutely phenomenal! I had used this service twice before and was very satisfied. When I had a major problem with my laptop there was no doubt in my mind who to call. I was kept informed throughout the entire service experience by Megan and Dominique. Megan answered all of my concerns as she extremely knowledgeable. I never felt rushed as she was so patient with me.

To top it all off, I picked up my "new" laptop and when I arrived home I called Megan(again)and she assisted me remotely restoring items. I would highly recommend Computer Solutions!

I would think twice on passing this company up over Geek Squad. They did an excellent job on helping us with out custom PC build, it took two weeks, but I believe it was well worth it! They make sure to get to the cause of the problem AND I MEAN, they really do get it. The prices of course vary depending on the situation, but I would recommend giving them a call and seeing for yourself. Overall, a very great and pleasing experience for us! Thanks so much amigos!

Computer Solutions did a excellent job with repairing my computer. Customer service was great and their technician (Joel) did an outstanding job with his follow up and helping me understand every aspect of the scope of work he did to my computer. I highly recommend anyone having issues with their computer to give them a call.

Great Customer Service! Took my desktop computer in for the free check up. They called the next day and explained what was going on. Gave me a quote and the price was far so I gave them a shot. After a week I had them out to my house to setup my printer on my laptop. Since then I have had no problems. The best part they had a warranty if I had any problem after 30 days.

We've been using Computer Solutions for many years now and I have to say we are very pleased. One of our biggest benefits we receive from Computer Solutions is there backup service. My company can rest assured that our company files and sensitive data is backed up and secure in the event something happens. Which recently happened with one of our computers failing to boot due to a bad hard drive. Thank goodness we hired Computer Solutions a long time ago!

Excellent customer service and a fantastic job on fixing my computer when another shop told me it could not be fixed. But Joel and computer solutions took care of it swiftly. Highly recommended

I recently built a computer that kept crashing. I tried to troubleshoot it myself, but it ended up going beyond my scope of expertise. Computer Solutions diagnosed it, determined that there was faulty hardware, and since it was a new build and most of the parts were under warranty, they just told me what to RMA and replace and didn't even charge me! Everyone there was super nice and polite, I'll definitely come back if ever have any issues again!

Joel is absolutely a life saver! I am a high school teacher with a toddler at home who likes to play around with anything of mine. When my flash drive containing five years of school work got folded in two, I took it to three different shops and each told me that I lost all of my files, which is the absolute worst thing that a teacher can hear. Joel took one look at my flash drive, and instead of telling me what he can't do, he told me what he can do, and that was retrieve my files.and that he did!

Not only did he retrieve all my school work from the flash drive, but he set up a Cubby for my files and taught me how to use the electronic program. I really can't thank Joel enough, he salvaged for me five years of curriculum that I now don't have to recreate. He is incredibly kind, patient, honest, and knowledgeable!
