The person from 3R arrived right on time, was friendly and courteous, and helped us to donate a large amount of material from our tech support business that was obsolete or no longer needed. We are very happy with this service and will call on them again.

Our business has used this company many times for e-waste pickups from our office and even for 'e-waste drives' where we collect and then drop items off at their location. Every time it has been very pleasant and super easy. The team there is great to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone. It feels great to know our electronic waste isn't just going to sit in a landfill!

Glen (the coordinator) was great in arranging the pick up, day, date and time. John (the driver) was fantastic - arrived on time, polite, respectful, and handled all my equipment with little assistance from me and was finished in an hour. John was mindful of the neighbors and did not block any of their parking spots, drive ways or access. I'd highly recommend these guys for your needs.

Fast and easy way to get rid of difficult items. First time I used one of these city-sponsored recycling events. I will definitely do so again.

They made it very easy to recycle old hardware and dispose of old data. Witnessing my hard drives being shredded was cathartic.

These guys are wonderful. I purchased a computer from them that ended up having some sort of glitch. However, I reached out to Charles, who was super professional and helpful. My computer ended up being replaced free of charge. They made the return process super easy (I live in Chicago and had to mail it in) and the computer I now have works great with zero issues. I'm so thankful to 3R Technologies for working with me. They are a wonderful business that both believes in environmental sustainability and recycling/reusing old machines, and also stands by its clients - thank you!

Incredible store with great friendly staff. I was a little scared of buying a used laptop but I bought a super nice Dell XPS 13 from them at an INCREDIBLE price! The laptop has been working perfectly with no issues. My charger broke and I brought it in and they instantly replaced it free of charge! Nothing but good experiences with 3R Technology, couldn't recommend them more!

This place is amazing! All your technology needs under one roof. The prices are very reasonable. I was able to purchase a nicely used 22 monitor for $10 and a computer mouse for $1.99. The staff was friendly and willing to offer assistance. This is great for anyone having to make last minute adjustments to working from home (during the Covid19 outbreak). Reduce, reuse, recycle!

Been coming in sporadically to check this place out since I moved here, but haven't actually bought anything until recently. Customer service is still amazing, selection is good and changes daily, and prices are great for complete systems. I think the best deals they have are for Apple items. Computer components are hit or miss on price as sometimes you can find new products for less online. Their recycling drop-off, two bays over is pretty quick and easy. Just ring the bell, wait for someone to come out, exchange pleasantries, and be on your way!

If you are interested in second hand enterprise gear, for really great prices, all with a 30 day warranty, all with a 10% student discount then this is the place for you! I got my first server (Dell PowerEdge R710) from their other location. Upon visiting this location, I was even more amazed! They had so much stuff it was a bit overwhelming! Recently, I got an HP ProLiant DL380p Gen8 with duel 8 core Xeons (x2 E5-2670's) and 384GB of ECC RAM--for only $249 with their sale!

The RAM alone is probably worth double what we paid for it! Incredible! And to top that off, the staff are extremely friendly and will help you and answer any questions you might have. They also throw in a lot of deals. For example, if you buy a server, then they will take 50% off of any drives (used) if you buy any.

I bought a used monitor and some speakers here for my PS4. The staff were helpful and even checked in the back room for a 4ms connection so my game didn't lag. You should know what you're looking for when you come here and be prepared to sort through older equipment but the prices can't be beat. ~$50 for the 22 monitor and $10 for computer speakers that have pleasantly surprised me. Their return policy is 3 days I think.

I work in the networking industry and spend my days designing and building global backbones and large scale datacenters. I'm pretty particular about the gear I deploy for my personal and home networks and generally prefer industrial/commercial/enterprise grade equipment. As you can imagine, that type of gear usually doesn't come cheap. Luckily, tech-refresh cycles can force equipment that once cost tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars while new back into the market at pennies on the dollar in the form of reuse and recycled resale.

The unfortunate part is finding them. 3RTechnology is one of the few places I've found where I can source the quality of gear I'm accustomed to working with for my own personal use. There's plenty of life left in them. They certainly offer more performance than much of the new stuff on the consumer market yet costs less.

I've been looking for a official original Apple USB keyboard for a while now, at least a few months, and somehow stumbled on 3R. Wow. They have a little of everything. Hard drives. Memory. Keyboards. USB phone chargers. Wireless routers. You name it. I will absolutely come back here again. Awesome people working here too!

Quick, simple, and straight to the point! All you need to do is drive up, get out of your car, walk up to the door, ring the bell and someone comes out. No questions were asked and all that were said was "thank you, and have a good day"

I like everything this company stands for. They Reuse, Re market, and Recycle! And when I went there to buy a "new computer", I found exactly what I was looking for thanks to John Hilbert. He could have sold me a real whizz-bang computer.they have plenty of them. But he stuck to my simple needs and picked out a computer that has me over the moon with joy! I've used these guys for e-recycling for a couple of years now, but recently I did some shopping at their retail store. I like to find a great bargain, and these guys have the deals, it's worth checking them out. I actually found my deal via Craigslist! Prices are great, found a couple a pieces I had looked for on Ebay, but found a better deal here, and didn't have to wait for shipping. Staff were very helpful and friendly, speedy check out and just enough parking.

What's not to like about an ethical electronics recycling outift like 3R Technology. I dropped off an old laptop fan there and learned that they take all kinds of old electronics gear as part of the E-cycle Washington program. None of the donated electronics gets shipped off to some other place. All of the materials stay local and recycled the right way.

I was greeted by super friendly staff who were just upbeat and happy to answer any questions I had. They have a few aisles of refurbished (they have a repair tech/tester on staff) computer electronics and audio visual electronics for cheap. One of the staff members mentioned that from time to time, they receive some real nuggets of gold as people offload their expensive gaming computer accessories so check back and you might find something cool for a bargain. They get the five star rating because: a) it was super easy to drop off electronics recycling b) Down to earth and friendly staff c) It's a good cause.

Can't get easier than that! Took bunch of old and broken electronics over today to recycle them. Never had to step inside the building. Just back up to the loading dock and ring a bell and a couple of guys came out to take my stuff. Had to sign a simple form for recycling a TV, but that took about 30 seconds. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. This is great!

I've patronized this place since they were located in a basement office in Pioneer Square. Since then they have grown and I've followed them to their warehouse location in SODO and to their latest digs in Georgetown! If you don't need the latest and greatest in computer gear this place is really hard to beat in price. I've purchased many things over the years like computer systems, monitors, hard drives and memory.

I like to be environmentally responsible and keeping things out of the landfill when purchasing things. Plus I keep my dollars in the local economy and save some dough to boot! What an amazing place! It's basically where electronics go to die, and then get reincarnated as someone else's baby. The store is a total treasure trove. If you need something, just show up and ask if they have it. 3R takes parts from all the big guys (Amazon, Microsoft) and refurbishes them so that they can find a good home with you and avoid the landfill.

You also get $10 off if you check-in via Yelp, foursquare, Facebook, etc. Best part of the store: the guys that work there are funny, knowledgeable and totally radically geeky, my favourite people. They'll even throw in a deal or two if you buy a ton of stuff. Laptops are currently 10% off, but I'm sure there are ongoing sales.
