A Through Z Computing

Jim was fantastic. He came to our property and helped get internet into the metal building that has been problematic. I found his intelligence and knowledge of technical Hi-Tech things to be quite excellent. I am very ignorant about technological things and they make me quite angry :- so Jim came here and helped greatly now we have extremely fast internet in a detached metal building.

I thought it fitting that I write this review while using the Wi-Fi that Jim created. He bid the job and stayed on bid. His communication was excellent with regard to timelines and when to show up. I can't recommend him enough if you hate computer things as much as I do however need them to be solved! Jason Waldo

Such an amazing experience. Jim and Christy are two of the kindest, smartest people that I have had the pleasure of working with. They were able to get my computer the same day that I called, and fixed it right away. It was extremely reasonably priced. I will recommend them to anyone who needs tech help.

We have had the privilege of having Jim support our business locations for many years and this past week he got us up and going as usual after a hardware failure that required interaction with our business software provider, who perhaps were not as responsive as they might be, and Jim kept at it with them establishing the fixes needed to make the hardware right. And the software too! Tremendous support to know that is there when the surprise failures happen, and let's face it.they always come when you are busy!

Honestly Jim and Christy are both amazing! I flew into Fort Collins for work and upon arrival realized my work laptop wouldn't turn on and it was 9 pm at night and I had to be in Denver promptly for a presentation the following morning. Thankfully I found A Through Z Computing on google and they were only a five minute drive down the road from my parents house.

As Jim and his son worked to find the issue with my MacBook, Christy gave me a tour of all of their foster puppies while I held one that had fallen asleep in my arms that they called Teeny Tiny. Jim and his son managed to find the issue with my laptop and even gave me a MacBook screwdriver and showed me how to fix the problem, just in case the issue happened again.

I will definitely be recommending them to everyone and anyone who needs any tech issue fixed while getting to hang out with puppies at a super affordable price. Thanks again Jim, Christy and family!

Soon after moving to Fort Collins my PC started acting up. After seeing the numerous 5-star reviews for this business I contacted Jim for his help with my issues. Jim went to great lengths to fix my computer, testing hardware and software on my PC, and even working with me in-person to get to the root of the issue. In the end, my computer had problems only the manufacturer could solve, but nevertheless I am grateful to Jim for all of the hard work and attention Jim gave to me and my PC!

Jim has been my tech lifesaver on a number of occasions. In fact, as computer illiterate as I am, I have stopped worrying about problems because I know who to call in the event of a problem. The first time I needed help, I had to download a new, and difficult, billing program and bring data over from an old computer. I was overwhelmed. Jim had never seen this billing program but was able to get me up and running in one afternoon.

I'll never forget watching him work his magic that day. But, other times have been just as successful. If you want a kind, patient, highly competent, and very professional service, then pick A through Z Computing. This service outshines any other service I've ever used in my past.

I am very impressed with the service I received from A through Z. My PC crashed the day before Easter Sunday. Jim was able to fix it and get it back to me on Monday, despite the holiday and covid times. Easy process, good communication, and fair price. Highly recommend.

Jim and Christy take customer service to the next level. I brought a crashed laptop to them (blue screen of death) and they were able to salvage 99% of the hard drive contents. Everything was done in the same day. They were incredibly responsive and communicated proactively from initial phone call until job completed. Highly recommend them!

He is very easy to talk to and got us right in and solved our computer problem, also had parts we needed right there no waiting. The best customer service a person could wish for.
