For $12,000, you'd think you would get what you paid for. Unfortunately not. I was told that my entire business property would be covered but there are blind spots all over the place, in places that I told them I couldn't have blind spots. There has been an issue with the sound as well, I can barely hear what goes on on one camera because of the buzz that comes along with the audio.
I thought spending a lot of money would get me the superior product and service that my salesman promised me, but I was wrong. I was on a 90 day, no interest payment plan and they ignored me for 85 days when I brought up my issues and then when it came time for them to get paid, they finally sent someone out to try to fix my sound issue, but although I now have sound in that camera, the hum that comes along with it makes it very hard to listen to.
Overall I was promised the world and have nothing better than a system one can buy on newegg for $1,000. The only reason they got the extra star was because their installers were very friendly and professional.

We have used Enterprise Technologies Inc for over 10 years as our IT experts. They have yet to fail in their superb customer service.
