The TEAM at Medix are Rockstars! Very thorough and efficient. I love the service portal that is always available on my task bar. They are literally available at a moments notice. Great response time. It is great that they work directly with your Management System techies. We were impressed by the attention to HIPAA and security. Customer Service is the BEST!

The Medix team is built on good people - really good people! Their team is always willing to go above and beyond to help troubleshoot any issues that are brought to them. Their service desk team works efficiently to escalate any issues that are beyond the scope of what any one individual service team member is able to handle, which I applaud. Every interaction that I have had with any team member within their organization has been nothing but a pleasant one, from the service desk, to client relations, to the COO.

Love working with Medix Dental! They are very quick to respond and resolve issues promptly. I love that we are able to create a ticket on the computer and attach screenshots, which is especially helpful for those of us that are a little IT challenged : The onboarding process was a breeze! 10/10 for the Medix team!

We love that Medix resolves our technical issues quickly and sometimes before we even know there is a problem! We have had close to zero down time due to computer issues since switching to Medix three years ago. Techs are super-friendly and follow-up with us until our issues are completely resolved, no matter how small the problem.
