The support here is seriously next level. Dean is an incredible person to work with, everything is first class. First of all, they took the time to really understand our company's phone needs + lay out a great solution. We've now had the phones a while and they do everything we need and more. Any time we need, there's always someone happy to help us. Everyone here is a pleasure. I don't think we could ever go back to our old provider.

I am so happy that I found this company. I've been in the matchmaking business for 25 years and we've expanded quite a lot. I was using a phone service that was inexpensive and thought it would cost a lot more to switch to digital phones. I was so lucky to find the Maynard Group. I talked to the owner and decided to sign up. They came to my office and installed everything perfectly. They've been back twice for small fixes.
The phones work great and their customer service is fantastic. Our calls had previously gotten disconnected, shut completely down and people said we sounded like we were in a tunnel. I thought it would be more expensive but I'm saving a lot of money as they even took over my 800 number. Don't think twice about this company. Definitely they get 5 stars!

Tim in sales, and Dave in technical support have been suburb at assisting our small business to get up and running through a recent store remodel. They have been professional, extremely knowledgeable and super to deal with. Surpassed AT&T by miles. This is a company that is going above and beyond for our tele comm needs. Thank goodness for small companies that are resourceful and responsive.
