Clyde was extremely nice and helpful! I didn't even use their services. Instead, he recommended what I should do in order to save time and money! We got two new computers to use during the stay at home orders. They solved all of the problems we had setting up new computers and fixing the problems we had with our old devices. We are now up and working and studying at home. We have used Geeks Or Us, Inc for many years they keep our computers up and running no matter how badly we abused them. We highly recommend them.

Been using Geeks or Us for several years. Recently had a situation where I couldn't log into my Windows 10. It caused a big problem and took me offline for over a week. Called Clyde on a Sunday and the Geeks came in and were able to save my info to a different computer over the course of the week. It saved me a lot of headaches. They've always done a good job for me.

Two weeks ago our biggest customer had to lock us out of their servers because they said someone was sending a virus from our server and attacking them. We called Best Buy Geek Squad and they quoted us $350.00 to check our computers, router and then said it would be extra if they had to remove anything and they could not see us until Feb 11th. Well that wasn't going to work.
Then I found a card for Geeks or Us that I had received from someone and called Clyde. He was able to come out the next day and fix our issues. Turned out someone had hacked our router. He fixed the problem, tighten our security, checked all our computers, gave us some helpful tips and talked us through everything. He said, "I hate information Hogs, I like to share all my knowledge." That I believe is the sign of a true professional.
Someone that teaches you and helps you. He was faster than Best Buy, and cheaper. He was $275.00 to do all the work. He is $145.00 an hour then prorated every 15 minutes. If we have any issues in the future he will be our first call.
