We have relied on Sensei to maintain our desktops, servers and now our progression to the cloud. They are very prompt and professional and can handle any situation that involves our IT environment. Over the years we have worked with Jeff Fox and Kevin Colina on a number of projects from our office move, to server replacements to Office 365 and various cloud applications. For over 20 years Sensei has set up, maintained and provided IT expertise in 3 different offices of mine. They have guided us through many installations and updates. Recently they came to our rescue after a cyber-attack to get our systems up and restore data, and their forensics team followed up to figure how it happened. Sensei consistently has well trained and smart people on staff, and service is prompt.
The owners are always available to investigate matters when necessary. They keep up to date on IT matters which makes them a very valuable asset to our company as we have zero IT expertise.

We are a 6 lawyer law firm concentrating on Landlord Tenant leasing and litigation in Virginia, Maryland and District of Columbia. We have absolutely positively no IT knowledge or experience and rely very heavily on our Sensei IT vendor for all matters IT. Sensei purchases and installs our servers, computers and software, in addition to taking emergency calls to quickly restore a dysfunctional computer, server or software, check for computer viruses and perform software, computer and security updates as needed and when needed. Sensei is well staffed and has competitive pricing for its services. Most importantly, given our collective ignorance regarding all IT matters, we are not an easy client but Sensei never gives up on us!

The response to my review from the business owner is comical. I corrected my review in the fact that I was dealing with the IT director, not the owner of the company. My mistake, I was under the impression that he was also an owner. To say that we were difficult clients is a complete and utter joke. It is DIFFICULT to run a business that depends on having a functional internet with wifi after paying thousands of dollars to Sensei for a failed system.
That was the difficult part in this business relationship. Our system never worked right to begin with and we kept calling their techs to our office because things were NEVER working well for more than a day or two at a time. After several calls they told us they were going to start charging us each time the tech came out. But, our system never worked correctly from the beginning so why should we pay to have them continue troubleshooting the failed system that they installed?
When we told them we weren't paying service calls until they got our system running properly they told us we were being difficult and perhaps we should look to another company. If I had more time and money I would sue this company and try to obtain every dollar they extorted from us. My business manager wanted to contact local law enforcement and seek fraud charges as well. Don't believe the "testimonials" on their website.

I contacted Sensei for help with data recovery from a cell phone that was for my divorce. They were able to easily determine what needed to be done to capture that data in question for my court case that met the standards of the court that were required. They provided a consultation that answered my questions during a very difficult time, in a professional and thorough manner with some extremely sensitive material.

I grew up in the silicon valley, and I've done IT-related work myself in the past, but when our company choose to go with Sensei, we were very satisfied with their personal service and expertise. When selecting our vendor, we had thought that although their rates were higher, their expertise would lead us to less overall cost because problems could be addressed before they required a lot of time or attention. That has been the case. We're very pleased.
