Entec has provided IT support for my employer for two years. Prior to that we were with a local competitor, and the contrast is night and day. Entec has always responded quickly when I've run into trouble. I've worked with 3 of their engineers, and each of them are not just knowledgeable and helpful, they've all made me feel like my ticket was their top priority.

Entec has provided everything that we have needed as a firm in regards to security for all of our technology and making sure that all of our processes are setup efficiently. Our team is professional, very quick to respond and always looking to move us forward with the technology we use. They have helped us with updates for better and more efficient systems and increased our security.
Most work can be done remotely, but someone from our team is always ready to make an in office visit if needed. We also rely on our team to research and order our office laptops and any other equipment needed. When confronted with a difficult task, they take the time to find the answers and stick with it until they find a solution. Our Entec team has proved to be very reliable and a group of people that we trust to protect our firm and our clients.

Entec has been a great partner for us. The staff is very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional - very customer service oriented. They feel like an extension of our staff rather than a vendor. The Entec team has the depth and breadth of expertise to handle all our network configuration, support and security. Maintenance and upgrades are well planned so that they are consistently completed as scheduled and with no or minimal disruption to our staff. We had an MSP provider before partnering with Entec and the experience has been night and day. Moving to Entec is one of the best business decisions we've made!

Our company is about 40-45 in office and 20-25 in the field. If any of our field personnel have issues (user error, updates etc.), Entec makes it seamless, and is extremely timely in getting issues solved. Before Covid, we switched to Microsoft 365 and they had a team come in and educate our staff on it's new features and capabilities, which helped tremendously with the transition.
We can always count on Entec to solve our issues. If we call them for an issue that ends up being a "all you had to do was restart your computer", they ensure that everything is working properly before disconnecting.
