Out firm recently had a network failure, the Micro Vision team was working on the issue immediately. They kept me informed throughout the repair process, confirming it was not a virus or malware. Each member of the team was aware of the situation which avoided conversations needing to be repeated. Network is backup and running and review is being done to ensure it does not happen again. Money well spent bringing in Micro Vision to oversee our network.
