Mr. Dale has been president of FCI since forming the company in 1978. Under his leadership, FCI earned a reputation as one of the foremost software providers in the Unisys marketplace. Formerly, Joe was Chief of Technical Planning and Integration for the County of Los Angeles Data Processing Department.
