Rude customer service from Steve and technical support is slow. I've been waiting for a week. First they had no parts, then they just didn't show up and the 3rd date the poor technician was overbooked and couldn't make it. Viasat won't let me switch sales channels until I give one more chance. Don't use this company. I'm told Great Lakes Satalite and Wire out of Grand Rapids is good.

Absolutely terrible customer service. At first they are the nicest and they try to convince you they are gonna provide you with the best customer service ever. Then when an issue arises because they have mislead you, they quit answering your phone calls or hang up on you. They refuse to fix their mess up. I gave them plenty of opportunities to fix their mess instead I had to call around to the internet companies and fix it myself. I will never work with these guys again. I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Spoke with a manager today to clear up how I was suppose to have a technician show up today and I previously called the technician manager who I set up the appointment with and checked on my appointment and he said he would call me back and I waited a hour and heard nothing back. The manager began to say Steven who I believe is the manager for the technicians never told me that and I'm wrong and its set up for tomorrow.(because viasat, who spoke with 5 seconds Before I called her remade an appointment for tomorrow because of the no show) she was extremely disrespectful and hung up. Spoke with another girl there and she was wonderful and apologetic.

I asked her if there was another manager I could speak with about the previous managers behavior and she said there was not. We will see if I get a technician to show tomorrow. So far I am not impressed with this company at all. After reading all the reviews it sounds like this is not the first time this manager has been disrespectful to customers.

I set an appointment up a month in advance, took a 4 hour trip an day off to only find out our technician never showed up. A call from the supposedly "Boss" promised credits gave his personal number begged to give them another chance. So I did, only to find out after the set up, my price wasn't what I was told, I was mislead an basically blown off.

The sales person couldn't be any sweeter an accommodating until the after the set up. ViaSat was installed June 30th an I am being told my 3 month promotion is up. best bait an switch company out there. RUN don't stop. Aug. 4th.2021 Maybe in your world from June 30th to Aug 4th. Is 3 Months! That's why you have a 2.9 rating if you can live with yourself knowing what you've done to me an other customers then its says a lot about you!

I want to say a Special thanks to the Manager Mrs Miranda Vera. She was very helpful in taking my short notice call on a minor problem and was very quick to respond. She was very informative about the situation that was going on and I hope that her knowledge and experience in the Management duties doesn't go unnoticed and that she gets some sort of credit on her customer service abilities and her performance as a manager should have others that work in the company strive on her ability to get the job done! Thanks again for everything Mrs Vera, you were awesome!

RUN! RUN! RUN! One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. They've told me 4 days in a row now that they were coming to my house to install internet. They schedule a time with me, ruin each one of my days with a blocked schedule and don't show up. When I call after my scheduled appointment time they say "I don't have a technician out that way today" and then continue to say "we can have someone out tomorrow" LIES LIES LIES!

They cancelled their install appointments 7 times. On the 7th cancellation they told me to contact Viasat, and see if they could send a technician to install my new dish, because "they can't get a technician to show up to work". (Maybe pay your workers a decent wage, and they'll show up?) The worst part was they called me the day of the appointments, so I couldn't cancel my days off, and it cost me a lot. What a bunch of clowns!

I don't know how this company is in business. It has been almost 2 months and I still can't get service fixed. I had at least 5 no SHOWS. And the other 2 times someone did make my scheduled appointment they were to afraid to go on the roof or they didn't have a proper ladder. What kind of customer service schedules a appointment and dosen't show up time and time again. Plus I am pretty sure most of the 5 star reviews posted on here are from them since they are all people who all have only 1 review and it's 5 stars for this company

Update: Now the company is calling me and hanging up, like little children. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the police if it continues. They called me to try to sell me a service unsolicited. The sales rep was rude and hung up on me. Then when I called back to be put on their do not call list, the sales rep. starts yelling at me and over talking me so I could not express my displeasure with their service.

I tried again and asked for a manager. They just gave me a voice mail. Don't buy from this company! If you have a problem, they will never help you! Every person I tried to communicate with was 100% rude and nasty.

Is zero stars an option? After selling me internet service by promising vast improvement over my old service, salesperson has NEVER returned my calls. Installer removed my previous service, then discovered he did not have the correct parts to install my new service. When finally fixed (the next week) the service is unacceptable (way slower than my previous service). Salesman said installer would leave box and instructions to return old equipment.yeah - that did NOT happen. Now renting 2 sets of modems/routers while waiting for them to answer the phone. You do the math.is this the experience you want?
