Our company switched over to Network 1 after having a bad experience with a prior IT company and they have completely changed our perspective on what its like to deal with an IT company. Their staff is IMMACULATE! They are so kind and so willing to help you whenever you need it. They are extremely detailed up to the very last second they are on the phone with you or on site assisting.
They are just so kind and thoughtful, they have made my day on more than one occasion. One of my favorite things about Network 1 is they don't male you feel less than for not understanding something, instead they explain it to you and make sure you understand what's going on before the call is over or they leave the site. I will ALWAYS recommend them to anyone looking for an absolutely amazing experience, an incredible staff, and an all around great time dealing with an IT company. Love these guys & gals.

My company has been with Network 1 for several years and I personally have worked with them for about a year and a half now. They have been nothing but professional, helpful and genuine the entire time. I've developed good relationships with the staff and always feel I have a direct contact when needed. Any computer or software issues our company has are handled efficiently and I feel confident submitting a ticket and knowing it's going to be resolved ASAP, with a follow up from whomever completed the ticket.
We recently went through a domain change for our email addresses, something that was a daunting task and we had one engineer work with us throughout the whole process, explain every step and ultimately made the switch a breeze. I'm thankful for Network 1 and recommend them highly.

Great folks. I spoke with Richard on the phone about hiring Network 1, and the next morning he was at my office to discuss it in person. As it turned out, Network 1 wasn't a great fit for what I needed. He told me that up front, recommended a couple other folks, and could not have been nicer about it. Great folks, and if my needs change, I'll hire them.
