Spoke to the same person at least twice setting a time and place to meet. I was told to text my address and my computer problems. Never showed up at my house on the first meet. Called and Sharach, same person I spoke to before said he never received the text. miscommunication over one digit of his cell #. Tried again the next day and still a no-show. Not even a call to let me know he was too busy or whatever. Left a message and still no return call. Don't bother with this company. Something is very very fishy.

Had my computer done there not too long ago and was told to pick up 1 day, then was told 4 different times to pick it up, then saw was over charged by about 100% more then other places. Since I got it back 2 diff other places have showed me what prices should be. Rip off and takes advantage if your not aware of what prices should be. Very bad business person. I don't recommend at all.

Stay away from this company of thieving incompetent rude people. My pc became infected with a virus and I took it there for service. On the phone they promised we would have it back the next day if it was brought in by noon. A week later and $200 poorer, our pc was ready. After a few days it was unusable again because of a virus which was never removed properly.
Again after almost another week and a second $200 I picked up the PC. Same thing, it was not working properly. Took it back and now they're telling me it's my fault and want another $200. They never get back to you when they promise. Promises are always broken and now every time I call Sharach hangs up on me. Stay away from these shysters.
