Have had continuing problems with an HP Officejet Pro 8720. Even buying support from HP, could not solve the problem. However within minutes of arrival Computer Doctor diagnosed that there were issues with Windows 10 and the Office Jet software that prevented scanning from the printer. Installed HP smart so now I can control scanning as well as all functions on this device directly from my computer. I give these guys a solid 4.5 rating.

My computer would not turn on and I called Computer Doctor and they took a look at it and also found my hard drive was failing which I suspected. They made recommendations and I had them fix the problems. My computer is far faster than it had been and the work was done quickly. In addition, it was easy to contact them. I would highly recommend them to fix your computer.

Can't tell you how grateful I am for The Computer Doctor of Richmond. We have been with them for several years, and I count on the fact that a quick email to them about a problem receives a quick response. We purchase our protection from them that they monitor and maintain. We purchased our current computer from them, and they take care of that too.

I recently had an issue with my lap top--an old one I hadn't used in a couple of years-they were able to take it, gain access, while protecting my files, and update my software. Encouraged me to get a new battery, and when I became totally confused, they looked up and recommended the battery to get. They only thing else I could ask for was for them to fix me dinner--which if there was a problem and i asked really nicely, they might even do that! Thanks, Computer Doctor! You Rock!

AWESOME service! The Computer Doctor really knows their stuff. I have a lenovo Thinkpad, and while many places in Richmond only service Macs and Dells, The Computer Doctor was very familiar with my model. They're knowledge, patient, friendly, and great communicators. I HIGHLY recommend The Computer Doctor to anyone with computer issues, especially if other Richmond tech services were unable to help.

These guys are very good and more importantly honest. Kept in touch during the process and fees are reasonable. Pick up/delivery service is convenient too. I have three computers that all pretty much got out of warranty at the same time, I plan to use Kevin and his team for all of them. Highly recommend.

With my bad luck with electronic equipment, I am a repeat customer and I'm sure I'll use them again in the future. The service is prompt and professional. All my questions were answer and emails were quickly returned. I didn't even have to leave my home! My laptop was picked up and returned to me after repaired. The pricing is very reasonable. My experience with The Computer Doctor was fantastic! Kevin came to my house and fixed most of my problems and then continued to work with me over the next week or so to iron out some other problems. He was great, responsive and very dedicated to making my experience the best of a bad situation. I would highly recommend this company and rate them 5 stars.

I used these guys for a hardware repair issue and they were great. The issue wasn't as bad as we had originally thought and they took care of my laptop accordingly! Very quick and efficient. I loved that they picked my laptop up also. I will definitely use them again if needed in the future.

I used the professionals at The Computer Doctor twice several years ago when I had a job where using my laptop was critical to my work. Both times Kevin made arrangements to meet me promptly and made the needed repairs quickly and at a very reasonable cost. After my new laptop was infected recently, I went to Best Buy (the seller) for help. All I got was a hard sell to get their service contract and anti-virus with no guarantees of recovering any files, pictures, etc.

I remembered the excellent service Kevin gave me in the past and gave him a call. Once again, he made arrangements to pick up my laptop. He made quick and complete repairs, saving ALL files and installing a permenant anti-virus - all at less than half the price I have been quoted at Best Buy!

Very helpful and diligent. Although it was a simple RAM issue i experienced great service. The Comp Doc came and picked up my computer from my office and had it fixed within a few days. Prices were fair and service was excellent. The also dropped the computer off at my office. My computer has been operating smoothly since. Great Work. Highly recommended.
